Business Experience

Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles such as CEO, CFO, and CRO, specializing in corporate restructuring and the optimization of operational strategies. I have supported companies in various sectors, from hospitality to manufacturing, helping them grow, develop, and improve their financial performance.
Among my most significant achievements:
TAGINA CERAMICHE D'ARTE SPA: I modernized the business model and reopened a previously closed factory, leading to a reduction in the break-even point and an increase in net assets.
POLTU QUATU RESORT: I led a corporate turnaround that resulted in a 150% increase in revenue and transformed EBITDA from negative to positive.
OMETEC S.r.l.: I conducted a turnaround process that led to an increase in EBITDA from 4% to 10% in less than two years. I currently serve as a Strategic Advisor to the company.
G&W Electric: I managed the crisis of the Italian subsidiary, stopping annual losses of approximately 12 million euros and guiding the company through an orderly liquidation, respecting the interests of all stakeholders involved.
Cianfrocca Logistic Ways: I am responsible for the innovation and generational transition project, aiming to modernize and strengthen the competitiveness of the group.
Currently, I am the Managing Director of Italian Campus S.p.A., where I am working on "Project ItaCa," one of the largest student housing projects in Italy.

Institutional Roles

I am currently registered as an insolvency practitioner with the Ministry of Justice. Since 1999, I have been registered as a technical consultant for the Court, serving as Judicial Commissioner, Liquidator, Bankruptcy Trustee, and Assistant in various insolvency proceedings. Additionally, I have acted as a Technical Consultant for the Public Prosecutor's Office on economic and financial matters and have provided consultancy as a Technical Expert for the Judge in numerous legal proceedings. I have been a member of the State Examination Board for Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors. Furthermore, I served as Secretary of the national commission for young chartered accountants on bankruptcy law and corporate crisis, was a member of the national commission on corporate law reform, and held the role of Regional Coordinator of the Young Chartered Accountants Union for Lazio and Umbria.
